Founder/Coach

Randy Zedor founded the Performance Management Group out of his passion for coaching and mentoring sales teams.

Throughout his 24-year professional sales and leadership career, Randy has been recognized for Outstanding Sales Achievement on numerous occasions, including being named a 5-time President’s Club Award recipient as an individual contributor. Randy’s success in sales was the foundation that led to becoming a valued member in an Executive Leadership role for over a decade. He has an exemplary record of accomplishment for recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.
